Really great experience. The store is interesting, Janice provided great info and support right from helping me select the products to having them installed – It took us several months to complete since my house was under renovation. Janice was patient, helpful and reaponsive through it all, even when she was on leave. There on Shivan managed the installation, he would show up on time; worked efficiently and cleanly. Compared to everything else I experienced during the home modification process – Occhio standards were the best! Very happy with the products also. They look great. Highly recommended.
